Green Side Club (“we”) collects the information you provide when you create an account and use the platform — your name, email, optional phone number, handicap details, and the scores and activity you post within your leagues and tournaments.

We use this information solely to operate the service: running your leagues, computing standings, sending match and scheduling notifications, and processing payments through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.

Data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@greensideclub.com.
