Competition Format

Flex (Standings only)

Round-robin / flex schedule with a leaderboard. No bracket — every match contributes to standings.

Single Elimination

Lose once and you're out. Cleanest playoff feel.

Double Elimination

Losers bracket gives a second chance. More matches, fewer upsets.

Group Stage → Knockout

Round-robin pools first; top 2 from each pool advance to a bracket.

Scoring

Match Play (Win / Loss / Tie)

Each match awards points: 2 for a win, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss. Standings rank by total points.

Gross Strokes

Lowest cumulative gross score across all matches wins. Pure stroke-play standings.

Net Strokes (Handicap-Adjusted)

Subtract each player's handicap from their gross. Fairer for mixed-skill leagues.

Stableford

Points per hole based on net vs par (eagle 5, birdie 4, par 2, bogey 1). Highest total wins.

Number of Windows

Scheduling buckets across the season. Bracket rounds are generated separately when you launch the bracket.
